N2 - Pulmonary artery sarcoma is a rare intravascular neoplasm usually mistaken for thromboembolic disease. Clues to the correct diagnosis include large, central pulmonary arterial filling defects out of proportion to the patient's symptoms, an enhancing pulmonary arterial filling defect, ipsilateral lung nodules, and ipsilateral pulmonary oligemia.
