Pseudodementia in tardive dyskinesia

Dementia in association with tardive dyskinesia is often thought to be an irreversible organic cerebral disorder. The authors suggests, however, that such an apparent 'dementia' may actually be a condition of reversible organic cerebral dysfunction, and hence 'pseudodementia.'
