Abstract
Metastatic tumor can produce cervical, brachial, or lumbosacral plexopathy syndromes. Usually this neurologic complication occurs late in the illness and is characterized by unrelenting pain, numbness, and weakness in the distribution of involvement. This article reviews the clinical features, diagnostic evaluation, differential diagnosis, and treatment of these disorders.
