Abstract
Extranodal lymphomas account for around 40 % all lymphoid neoplasms and the most common site they occur is the gastrointestinal tract. In most instances the diagnosis is established by endoscopic biopsies and histologic interpretation is often challenging. Diagnosis often requires histological examination of multiple biopsies, immunohistochemical staining and molecular studies.
