Abstract
To detect chemically-induced dysplasia in the rat urinary bladder, multiple excitation wavelength LIF was used. By giving four biweekly 1.5 mg doses of N-methyl-N-nitrosourea directly into the bladder (intravesical administration), early stages of dysplasia can be induced in rats.
