Abstract
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and metastases are two of the most common indignities encountered in hepatic imaging. Proper identification, characterization, and staging are crucial in the work-up of these patients. Computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging play a major role in the noninvasive evaluation of these tumors. This article will review the roles of these modalities and imaging features of HCC and metastases.
