Abstract

A 37-year-old man who presented with difficulty breathing and nasal obstruction was found to have a large encephalocele, along with other, associated congenital anomalies. The etiology, epidemiology, classification, clinical presentation, imaging, and surgical approaches used for encaphaloceles are discussed.
